Ms. Belinda is great with our ~1 year old daughter. She has been with our family for about 3 months now and always brings new toys or a gizmo for the kid to play with. Most importantly, she is great at putting our daughter to "nap time" and she is quick to be responsive to our changing schedule and adjusts hers accordingly.
