About Belen

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to this fulfilling path. I have 2 and a half years of experience providing home health services, and currently working for Addus homecare and in process of getting my HCA Certification. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I have worked with clients with begging signs if dementia and bipolar clients. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, provide home health services, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I earn trust through reliable care. I have extensive experience in caregiving, currently supporting a 99-year-old client with meal preparation, vitals monitoring, housekeeping, and personal hygiene assistance Tuesday- Thursday.
