Belen has been with our family for 7+ months (so far) and I don’t know where to start praising her. Her work duties has been a combination of child care, house/yard work, and administrative assistant, and excelled at all of them. Pros: -Punctual -Efficient -Adaptable to new tasks -Direct and effective communication -Accepts constructive criticisms to improve -Brings me Dutch Bro’s when she grabs one (you may not receive the same treatment) -Plays well into the kid’s creativity and curiosities Cons: -Is active and lively with the kids, which reminds me how old I am and that my max energy levels have plummeted. -Takes my children’s creepy toys and places them in inopportune locations throughout the home to provide a general sense of unease. And then teaching said children to do the same. -The Cons are also positives, in case you missed that.
