Overall, we had a very positive experience. My daughter absolutely adored her and always looked forward to spending time with her. She was kind, caring, patient, and attentive, and my daughter felt comfortable and happy in her care. There was one occasion where she was a no show, which concerned me. However, it appeared to be an isolated incident and did not reflect the care she otherwise consistently provided. She was reliable, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout our time with her. I appreciate everything she did for our family, and my daughter still speaks fondly of her. I wish her all the best.
