Full engagement between a child and their caregiver strengthens a secure attachment and builds a sense of self-worth and feelings of adequacy. These kids typically experience higher self-esteem and confidence, which can positively impact their future relationships and overall well-being. As a 58-year-old mother of four adult children and seven grandchildren-15, 14, 7, 5, 2, 2 and 1, I have worked 30+ years as a tax consultant. I've also worked in sales and theater arts. I'm semi-retired and looking to work 15 hours per week so I can still have plenty of time for Pickleball, yoga, working out and spending time with my own grandchildren Circumstances. In addition to scheduled assignments, I am available to fill in when your regular nanny calls off at the last minute. I know the importance of this because my own daughter, a financial advisor/CFP with Morgan Stanley, cannot stay home on a whim because her nanny decides to call off. I could easily fill in under those circumstances.
