Beatriz helped us with childcare (2.5 yo and newborn) and daily house help for a month. She was wonderful with the kids! Really caring and silly with them. Really good work ethic and communication. Great cook! Was always eager to help however she could. Helped reorganize the kids rooms and play area, which helped out 2yo have more autonomy over her daily activities (play and dress). We were very sad to lose her so soon after starting to work with her because of her personal relocation. Hire her!
