Beatriz (Bia) was a blessing to our family! She started looking after my son 40 hours/week when he was only 3.5 months old. Bia was extremely receptive when I gave her directions and she always thought about how she can adapt to my son's needs as he developed and grew. She used her natural intuition and experience, but knew when to ask questions. She is very respectful, hard working and a pleasure to be around. Overall, Bia has took excellent care of our son and showed him lots of love while his parents were working. I can't imagine a better nanny. I referred her to friends who used her when she had extra time in her schedule. I highly recommend her and hope she continues to work with wonderful families who value her as much as we do! We continue to stay in touch with Bia and love the beautiful relationship she has built with our son!
