About Beatriz

Beatriz (Bea) has been caring for our son for the past two and a half years. We would love to keep her forever, but our son just turned three and is transitioning to preschool. We are so incredibly lucky to have connected with Bea. She has gone above and beyond our expectations. She has been working with kids for nearly two decades and she knows what she's doing! She is warm, energetic, fun and kind, but also organized and disciplined. Without ever raising her voice, losing her cool, or breaking that kindness, she is able to redirect our toddler when he objects and lead him toward nap time, lunch time, potty time, etc. Magic. Bea has a background teaching exercise and other activities at daycares, so knows all the fun tricks. She runs around at the park, plays ball toss, crafts, draws, sings silly songs, you name it. Finding someone who you click with is so important when you are entrusting them with your most precious person and when you are essentially sharing your home. Thankfully, we love Bea as much as our son does! She always seems upbeat and she is just an easy person to talk to. I love the moments when we get to catch up. Because she has so much experience, she is also a great source for advice on little ones. She knows much more about dietary hacks, rashes and developmental stages than we do! Also... I don't know how she does it, but I don't think she has ever taken a sick day and she is supremely punctual. 1000 out of 10. Thank you, Bea for being so wonderful!
