Bea is caring and reliable. While she's comfortable watching all 3 of my kids, we hired her to focus on my 8 year old son. She plays with him, helps him with his homework and guides him through the evening routine. She's also very flexible. My husband and I work from home and sometimes our schedules shift, and she has been very accommodating. I'm glad we found her and hope we'll continue to work with her, schedules permitting.
