Beatrice was with our family for 2 weeks. She came to me with negative feedback on my child's strong-willed behavior so I gave Beatrice advice on how to better handle my child and also suggested she spend paid time with my other full-time nanny to get advice + see first-hand how to handle situations that were seemingly stressful to her. She seemed offended by the help my other nanny and I were offering. And when she realized my action wasn't to change my child's personality, she later claimed my child's safety was at risk which I don't believe. I believe she is unable to handle different personality types successfully and is also unable to have a general positive outlook on simple situations. My other nanny (who is an extremely happy-go-lucky type of person) tried to help her with tips and tactics- which she ignored, then quit the next day via text with no notice. I hope this helps you if you're a family who is looking for a long-lasting type of nanny for your children.
