Hello my name is Beata. I am 46 years old . I have been a nanny for the past 11 wonderful years . I have outstanding references from all the families I have worked for . I am very patient, kind, understanding and most important extremely punctual. I make sure each day is filled with fun and adventures. I absolutely love spending time outdoors as much as possible. I love taking the children to parks , for nature walks , for bike rides , splash pads. I always make sure the children are occupied with such fun activities they will never be on any electronics. I love doing arts and crafts, playing , and story time. I am very dedicated to the family I work for. I work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly inside the home. I can also cook , clean , run errands , grocery shop , organize and do whatever needs to be done in the household . My many years of experience have thought me so much and I am willing to be the best nanny for the right family.

Beata has been my full-time nanny for well over a year.  There is no better person to trust watching your child.  She has become family and I'm genuinely sad that our time has come to an end.  She takes the best care of my daughter (from 6 months old to 2 years old).  They are always making the most of the day, instead of sitting inside watching tv.  She takes her to the library, the pool, parks, and indoor playgrounds, just to name a few.  My daughter couldn’t be happier when she’s around, which is so important!  Beata is consistent and reliable, always showing up early.  She never called off during our time together.  She will do anything to help, whether cooking, running errands, grocery shopping, cleaning, etc.  She made my life run smoothly.  I highly recommend her.  You won’t find anyone better. 

Beata is probably the best babysitter we’ve ever hired to look after our kids (age 4 and 7), who are always excited when we tell them that she’ll be coming to watch them for the night. She makes sure that our kids are doing something enjoyable and educational and aren’t stuck watching screens. She also always asks if there are pending household chores that she can help with while we’re out. We are never worried about our kids when she’s looking after them because we feel assured that they’re happy, healthy, and safe under her care.

Beata is amazing! She’s Everything you could ask for in a nanny/ babysitter. She’s watched my two girls several times and they always get excited to see her. I love that she’s completely engaged with them and utilizes the time she’s with them to play and learn. I never have to worry she’s gonna plop them in front of the tv the whole time. I will continue to hire Beata to watch my girls. Shes the best!

I had to find a nanny at last minute but I am thankful that I've found Beata! She is very sweet, & caring as well as straightforward & direct. That's what I truly love the most about her. She knows what she's doing! My daughter loved her! They played outside for hours! Let's just say my daughter was very happy to be there! I would definitely hire her again.

We hired Beata to care for our two(2) kids when they were 4-6.  We had intended to utilize her help for daycare/school pick-ups and the occasional other need that came up.  Instead, my kids wanted to spend every waking moment with Beata!  Knowing your kids are not just safe, but HAPPY, when you are not with them is hard to put a price on. There were times she even invited my children on vacation with her OWN family!

We ended up moving out of state for a couple of years.  When we returned she made an effort to meet up and BAM it was like nothing had changed.  
My kids are old enough to not need care any longer so now Beata simply remains a close friend to our whole family.

We are a family of six - four children ages 5-15. Over the years, we have employed many babysitters. Beata is the best - literally the best!!  Our children request her when they know it's a babysitter night. My wife and I own businesses and do take our clients out semi-regularly. It has been challenging to find quality people we wholeheartedly trust our children with, and so when we discovered Beata, it was a massive relief. She's an "A+" on punctuality and communication - two of the most important parts of responsible babysitting that so many others fail at in Las Vegas.

Beata engages all the children regardless of length of the night, and best of all -- pushes them off devices and into fun activities. She is full or energy, and we've never had any sitter that all of our children unanimously vote as their favorite. 

I highly recommend and encourage you to hire Beata for your childcare/babysitting needs. It will be the best decision your family has made.

When my son was little boy Beata used to be my nanny . I could not be more happy .I call her a " kids whisper " cause she is always great with them and they love to be around her.We leave in the same community now and I see her all the time with kids ,they playing ,laughing,she is taking care of them so much ,she is caring ,reliable,funny .Kids are always clean ,fed etc. You can be sure that your kiddos are safe with her !!!

Beata is such a joy and light! I have not only had the pleasure to watch her in action with other children, but she has also helped me with my own child. Her patience and attention to detail is remarkable. Beata is creative, fun, responsible, and compassionate. She is flexible in her schedule and accommodating. Beata helped babysit my child on 2 hours notice! She will always be my first pick every time.

Beata has been helping me with my little one since he was born. She is so sweet and a loving person! She really loves my baby and it's so nice to see someone else love your baby just like you. Also, she takes him outside so much to play which is so important. Highly recommend!!! Love her.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Beata. She is very professional and punctual. My daughters always had fun with her and Beata did several different outdoor activities with them. She has an amazing energy and is an incredibly positive person. My daughters will not anyone else watch them. I would gladly recommend her to any of my friends or family.

I messaged Beata to ask where she was and she replied with I took another job, 10 minutes before she was due to arrive.We have no family in the country and was due to elope and had to cancel our wedding as she was a no show. I'm heart broken by Beata's unprofessionalism. I asked her the night before if she wanted more work the following day, she said she couldn't and then claims that is why she didn't come on her scheduled shift.I would never recommend Beata. I told her this was for a very special occasion and decided to not turn up anyway. Babysitters who do this don't understand the implications of their actions. Devastated we won't be getting married now and lost the entire booking fee for the wedding.

Like so many that have written about Beata, I cannot say enough about her. I have two boys, one 2 1/2 and the other 6, she has been with us for 2 years now. Beata has instilled a love of the outdoors in both my boys and I love the fact that they come back from the day with her all tuckered out! Beata is flexible with our crazy schedule and is willing to help out in any way she can. Did I mention she crafts with the boys too, because of her they have begun to love painting as well!

I do not have enough good things to say about Beata.  From the moment we met her and her daughter we knew she'd be a perfect fit.  She watched our 4 year old daughter for over 2 years, and there was never a day she didn't treat her like her own.  When she has the kids there was never be a dull moment when Beata has the kids from playing park to board games at home, to roller skating or swimming there will always be positive energy.  She come with healthy snacks and meals, toys, car seats, strollers, games and the best attitude.

She was fantastic! I had a sitter do through last minute, so I had to hire her without meeting her and could not have had a better situation. When we come back to Vegas for work or play, she will be out first call!

Beata is our favorite nanny! She treats our daughter like her own. She is always on time. Her communication is great. I was so nervous leaving my daughter when I returned to work. Beata was just as caring towards me as she was to my daughter. She always answered every call right away. She always keeps me updated with texts and pictures. every schedule was followed perfectly. We even love when she brings her daughter. When she shows up without her, my daughter gets very disappointed! We love them both and will continue to hire her. 

Beata is energetic, engaging as flexible to attend to your needs.
She looked after our both kids for 3 days and my daughter cried on the last day as they connected so well.

Beata has been a blessing to our family. She is always dependable and on time. She is able to handle our crazy schedules and our kids loves her! 

Beata is an absolutely amazing nanny. She has a passion for children and I hired her based on the passion which shines through as soon as you see her interact with your child(ren). She is the ultimate multi-tasker and she is there day and night when needed and will bend with your schedule to accommodate you. 

She was mainly in charge of my daughter as my son was in pre-school and the way she blossomed with Beata, who always had a fun filled day planned was incredible to see. We will miss Beata as my daughter is going to be starting pre-school and also a tutor but Beata really gave her invaluable social skills. 

I highly and without hesitation recommend Beata, she loves children and the love of children shines through in everything she does. 

I hired Beata to pick up my daughter from school and take care of her during the evenings while I worked.  She proved to be very dependable and reliable. She was great with my daughter and made sure to feed her healthy food items while I was away. My daughter loved being around her. I highly recommend Beata as a nanny. 

Beata was the first person outside of family to watch over my two boys. I knew Beata would be a great caretaker because I had seen her around the community with her daughter for two years prior and always saw her interact with her daughter hands on. The first day she watched my boys she was waiting outside and ready to head to the community park with stroller ready and water/snacks to go. Beata loves to be outdoors and I can assure you she will have activities to do with your children! They will not sit in front of the TV or just be on their IPads which I loved. She watches over the boys as if they were hers and she is always aware and alert of their play and well being. I highly recommend her to everyone looking for someone to watch over your children like you do. I always knew they were in great care.
