About Baylie

Nurturing a child's development and watching them reach new milestones is my true passion. With two years of experience caring for children ages 0 to 11, I bring a patient, calm, and creative approach to every day. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games, I strive to make a positive impact on your little ones. I hold CPR Training and am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent environment. I am happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and crafts. I prioritize your preferences for communication, providing updates via text, phone, or written reports. I am eager to partner with you to support your family's unique needs and help your children thrive. I truly look forward to meeting you guys!!!!
