My daughter really got along well with Baylie. However, when I asked her if Baylie was on her phone often when they were together; she said yes, Baylie would take calls and refer to my daughter as “work,” to her friends. I found out my daughter (who has special needs) was swimming with a friend while Baylie was talking on her phone almost the entire time instead of watching them in the pool. Aside from that I do recommend Baylie for any family interested in hiring a nanny, just be sure to make it clear if you don’t want her to be on her phone while she is with your children.
