About Baylen

It is with no hesitation that I write this recommendation for Baylen for a childcare position. Baylen has babysat for my three children for the past three years. She has several qualities that make her a wonderful babysitter, and would also transfer to any position she holds that involves children and adults. Baylen is a responsible and enthusiastic young lady. She always follows through with her word and actions, and in turn, is a person that I know I can count on for my family. If she is says she is available to help, she is there. She is enthusiastic about helping out others and being active. I know that she will have no problem meeting the expectations of a childcare position. Baylen is caring and loving when it comes to children. I have a seven year old and 3.5- year- olds twins and Baylen always has a very caring attitude toward all of them. When she is with my children she is often coloring, playing, and communicating with them. I am never worried that my children will be overlooked. She loves them and enjoys spending time with them. Because she is caring, she will take her responsibilities seriously and make sure all of the children are looked after. Over the last few years Baylen has become a valuable member of our family. She is a responsible person who always helps out when she can. She cares about my children and wants to spend time with them. My children actually ask for Baylen to come over. She is enthusiastic and it shows in everything she does. I have no doubt that Baylen will be fabulous in any childcare position she is offered.
