About Baylee

I am caring, dependable, and experienced when it comes to child care and have a genuine love for children. My experience started with babysitting for families throughout high school (ages 2-12). After high school I moved to Santa Barbara, Ca and worked as a nanny for a 1 and 3-year-old. Due to covid, I decided to move back to Co and got a job as a paraprofessional for a preschool, where I learned how to work with special needs children. I have completed CPR and First aid trainings. Clear and consistent communication with parents is very important to me. I love helping children grow with kindness. I spend most of my down time outside or doing something creative. I also love being around my family, camping, thrifting, and paddle boarding. Also, my cute niece is the baby in my profile picture :)
