About Baylee

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, fun, and outgoing. I like working with kids because it gives me the experience I need to work towards my dream career. I'm looking for a job that I love and look forward to going to everyday. I want a job where it doesn't feel like work and more of a privilege to be able to do the job instead of something I have to do. I started working with kids when I was a junior in high school. It was an after school job and I had only planned to do it until I graduated high school but I have continued doing it because I love to make a difference in a child's life. In my spare time, I like to hangout with my family and friends and spend time outdoors such as going to the beach and going on walks around my neighborhood. One thing you should know about me is I am very flexible with needs and don't really have a preference on what I can and can't do. My skills include behavior management, communication with the child, and attending to a child's needs.
