About Baylee

Hi! My name is Baylee. I'm a former elementary school teacher with years of experience working with children of all ages. My background in education has given me plenty of experience keeping kids engaged, helping with homework, managing routines, and creating a safe, positive environment. I'm patient, dependable, organized, and happy to help with childcare, tutoring, homework, transportation, or light household tasks. I currently work remotely full-time, which gives me flexibility to help families during the day. I may occasionally need to answer a short work call, so I'm looking for families who are comfortable with that. Calls are rare and typically only last a few minutes.
