About Baylee

Hello! I'm Baylee. :) Growing up with a single mother, I helped raise my younger siblings. My passion for childcare only grew after babysitting for an array of families in my community! I have experience working in a middle school as a paraeducator, as well as currently working in a residential home for children with disabilities, and I have loved every second of being apart of the village it takes to help children grow and learn in a safe environment. I believe in making magic of every moment, and constantly giving my best. I take pride in my punctuality and precision, especially in terms of details and going above and beyond.
