About Baylee

Hi, my name is Baylee! I'm 18 years old, a recent high school graduate, and currently working toward my business degree. I've completed a CNA class, which taught me valuable caregiving skills such as patience, responsibility, and attentiveness. I've always had a passion for helping others, and I enjoy working with both children and animals. I began caring for kids at a young age by watching my younger cousins, then expanded my experience through babysitting for families in my church community. I love working with children because of the joy, curiosity, and energy they bring, and I strive to create a safe, positive, and fun environment where they can learn and grow. I also love working with animals, having grown up around dogs, cats, horses, and cows. I'm comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities and enjoy making sure they feel loved and cared for. Families can count on me to be reliable, flexible, and committed to helping however I can.
