About Baylee

My name is Baylee and I am a 23-year-old girl seeking a part time nanny or babysitting position helping families with their childcare needs! While my primary career for the past four years has been as a hairstylist, caring for children has always been a natural strong suit for me & meaningful part of my life. I started babysitting for family and friends around age 14 and later went on to work as an assistant teacher from ages 16-18 after school & weeekends at a daycare/dayschool working with multiple children. I learned so much about childcare in my years working there! I am patient, attentive, warm natured, and calm under pressure which I think helps me to naturally connect with children easily and helps them feel comfortable, nurtured, and safe to be themselves around me! I respect household routines and take the trust families place in me very seriously. *also have an updated drivers license & am happy to help with school drop offs/pickup & errands/ cleaning and meal prep :)
