About Baylee

Hello! I have worked with children since I was 13. I got my red cross first aid and CPR training at 13 so I could start to babysit for family friends. After that, my love for working with children just grew and so did my experience. I started nannying for some families as well as volunteering at a children center on my college campus. After a year of volunteering, I began work at childcare centers and eventually worked my way up to being an assistant director at a childcare center while finishing my undergraduate degree. Since graduating in 2022 I have worked in the mental health care system while obtaining my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In January of 2026 I will begin fieldwork as a family intervention specialist to complete my graduate degree. I am hoping to do what I love and continue caring for children while I complete my degree.
