About Baylee

Nurturing young minds is my passion, sparked by years of positive babysitting experiences and a deep desire to positively impact children's lives. With three years of experience caring for children aged 0-12+, I bring a patient, friendly, and formal approach to childcare. I am comfortable caring for up to five children. I communicate with parents using their preferred method. I follow their lead in enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am willing to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am trained in CPR, and have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I have certificates for Early Childhood Education (ECE) and graduated top of my ECE class. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and enriching environment where your children can thrive.
