Hi! I'm Baylee, I'm a caring and creative childcare provider with a passion for nurturing young minds and enriching the lives of children. As a scribe in Colorado Children's Hospital's emergency department, I cherish the interactions with the children there, and I'm excited to bring that same love and energy into my childcare role. I believe in fostering a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. Whether it's playing outdoor games, solving puzzles, or exploring their imaginations, I strive to make each day enjoyable and educational. I'm committed to open and honest communication with parents and prioritize building strong relationships with families. I believe that working together, we can support each child's unique needs and ensure their happiness and well-being. I drive a large SUV and have no history of traffic violations or motor vehicle problems. I am also first aid/CPR certified! Additionally I have graduated with my BS in Biochemistry and love to tutor.
