Hi! I'm Baylee! I've been on CARE for many years and have met the most amazing families. I have a masters degree in psychology with a specialization in applied behavior analysis, I'm an author, I have a wife and three cats I adore. My personality is very laid back, chill, and calm. I'm professional but also fun with kids and I make sure they are always learning in their environment in whatever way they learn best. I have over 10 years of nannying experience, as well as teaching experience in a preschool, summer programs, and a charter school. I've worked primarily with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Asperger's syndrome, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, dementia, and more. If you think we'd be a good fit, reach out to me. I'd love to meet you!

During my interview, Baylee was perceived to be a friendly and happy individual. However, after our conversation, I sent her a message regarding our discussion and start date. Before her start date, I once again message her to confirm her visit. Unfortunately, she never called or showed. A few days later, she mentioned she had a death in the family and was out of town due to not receiving a message from her attendance for a first-time job. I've found it very disrespectful and irresponsible. I did not have her hired to assist with my disabled relative.
