About Baylee

Hi! I'm Baylee! I've been on CARE for many years and have met the most amazing families. I have a masters degree in psychology with a specialization in applied behavior analysis, I'm an author, I have a wife and three cats I adore. My personality is very laid back, chill, and calm. I'm professional but also fun with kids and I make sure they are always learning in their environment in whatever way they learn best. I have over 10 years of nannying experience, as well as teaching experience in a preschool, summer programs, and a charter school. I've worked primarily with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Asperger's syndrome, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, dementia, and more.
