Hi there! I'm Baylee B. and I've been caring for kids as a babysitter and nanny for over 15 years-and I truly love it! Children are precious, and it's such an honor to be trusted with the most important part of a parent's world. Whether it's playtime, story time, homework help, or simply offering a nurturing presence, I'm here to guide, love, and support your child in every way I can. I previously was a behavioral health case manager and community resource specialist, supporting both kids and families, and helping them find what they need to thrive. I was also a CNA for 3 years. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with cooking, light cleaning, pet care, and household tasks-anything to make your day easier.
