About Baylee

I grew up babysitting many of the kids who lived on my street. I have been to Colorado and California as a nanny for families I have babysat for in the past. I have been a lifeguard for the past four summers, granting me the opportunity to teach swim classes to children ranging from ages six months to 5 years old. I have always gravitated toward caregiving, as I am 5 years older than my brother. I wish to foster curiosity and emotional intelligence within a child's environment. I'd describe my personality as spunky, reliable, and compassionate. I like working with kids because their imagination, honestly and energy truly makes each day unique and unpredictable. One thing you should know about me is that I will bring a lot of positivity within your home and I will most certainly love your child as if they were my own. My skills include strong communication, creating engaging activities and I am a pretty good cook ;)
