About Baylee

I am a current Nursing student with various certifications (CPR, CNA, CCMA, EKG/ECG, and Phlebotomy) bringing both knowledge and hands-on experience to caregiving. Due to my class schedule and already planned exams, I require some flexibility in my listed available hours. I started caring for seniors back in the Spring of 2022, the end of my junior year of high school, when I completed my CNA certification! I have had both clinical experience in a nursing home as well as exceptional job experience working at Morris Hospital on a Med-Surg/Peds floor. One thing families should know about me as a caregiver is that I take my responsibilities seriously and always, without a doubt, prioritize the health, well-being, and dignity of those I care for. I promise to consistently ensure safe, compassionate, and attentive care. I also value open communication and creating a trusting and supportive environment for both the individual and their family!
