Hello, I'm Baylee! I've been a professional nanny for a decade. I've had experience working with children aged nb to 12 years old and multiples. Additionally, I hold training in early childhood development. My main focuses are, early development, social skills, fine motor skills and emotional development. I love to be creative and bring new fun ways to teach children everyday. I am very organized and always prepared. I love to keep kids active therefore I provide activities, crafts, and music. I love the outdoors and like to activities as I can outside. The development of children is very important to me , your child(ren) will always learn something new in a fun exciting way with me. I am looking for a family that values social development, respects their nanny and has open communication. They are warm & welcoming. I am CPR and first aid certified.
