About Barbie

My name is Barbie and I am a dedicated and caring nanny with over 14 years of experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to pre-teens. I have a true passion for children and love helping them to grow, learn, and discover. I always combine warmth, patience, and structure, to ensure that children feel safe and loved while learning and having fun. I have a lot of love and attention to share. I am a former third grade teacher and a mom to two grown daughters. I work to create age-appropriate activities that nurture children's curiosity and development, such as crafts, outdoor play, reading, make believe and interactive learning games. As a nanny, I believe communication with parents is essential. I moved to Wareham 18 months ago to be closer to the ocean and I've been loving every minute.
