We are beyond grateful to have found Barb through Care.com. Barb started nannying for us when our daughter was just 8 months old, and from day one, she became an irreplaceable part of our family. As a family with two businesses, reliability was crucial, and Barb exceeded all expectations in this area. We needed someone we could trust in our home, someone who would not only care for our daughter but be fully present and engaged with her. Barb did just that—and so much more. In addition to being an amazing caregiver, Barb helped with meal prep for our daughter, transportation to doctor visits, and even light shopping. Over the two years that she cared for our daughter full-time, Barb truly became a trusted friend. Now, 8 years later, she is still a key part of our family.
