I am a passionate and experienced caregiver with a deep love for nurturing children's growth and development. As a former Spanish and art teacher for elementary school children and a 1st grade teacher's assistant, I have dedicated my career to inspiring young minds. My desire to make a positive impact on children's lives led me to become an assistant director of my church's youth ministry, where I've been crafting faith-based curricula for children aged 4-9 for the past eight years. Patient, calm, creative, and approachable, I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred methods to keep them informed about their child's day and address any concerns. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. With five years of experience as a childcare provider, I am comfortable caring for one child at a time.
