I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. I offer respite care, transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
