Not only has she provided an exceptionally good cleaning experience for us, but she has also managed to do this while working around the needs of my sister, who has Alzheimer's and can be difficult to manage from time to time. It is also rare to find someone who has the level of communication skills that Barbara possesses. All in all, she is A++ in cleaning, work ethic, reliability and communication skills.
