I've worked as a care taker most of my life. I've worked with people of different ages and different needs. I've done companion care where I took care of her meals, helped with medication, and kept her company. I spent 5 years caring for a woman in her 90's who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's up until she passed away. I changed her diapers and clothes, sponge bath, gave her meds daily, blended her meals and fed her. I assisted her husband with grocery shopping, meal prep, and light cleaning. Prior to that I worked in a direct care home for years. I've also cared for many other individuals in their homes with ranging needs No heavy lifting.
