About Barbara Renee

I have been a caregiver for over 30+ years. I started out with my mom who was a RN and did private care. At the age of 24, I would relieve her when she had live-in clients, to give her a break. I am currently working for ComfortKeepers, been with the company for 10 years. I am certified in first aid and CPR. I also hold my PCA certificate, and currently working on my HHA certificate. My duties. Meals, light housekeeping, assist with showers, medication reminder, transportation to & from doctors' appointments, run errands, walking or using a wheelchair to enjoy the outside. Interacting with the client as long as they would allow. I also enjoy puzzles, cards and music. I will travel if need be. It has been my passion since I began. I will go above and beyond my duties. It makes me happy to know that I can bring joy to someone else's loved one. I am allergic to cats, but I love dogs a non-smoker. I treat each client with respect, as if they were my own parents.
