My passion lies in fostering a creative and supportive environment where kids can thrive. I enjoy engaging children with board games, puzzles, and educational activities that make learning fun.

I have experience caring for up to four children. I'm happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I have also completed Early Child Development Coursework. I communicate with parents through daily written reports, and I always follow your preferred communication methods and household rules.

Barbara is extremely active in taking children to participate in play dates, parks, art and crafts, petting zoos, and any other children's events available.

The children she's cared for until school age, still have opportunity for play dates and interaction. Once your children are one of her kids, they are always part of her tribe. Highly recommended.

Barbara has been with my family since April 2019 and currently still with us. She is our full time nanny and has become apart of our family! Our children were 7 months and 3 yrs when she started. She is excellent at what she does. Barbara goes above and beyond loving, nurturing and keeping our children safe. She takes them to the library, play dates, local activities and so much more. She transports them to school, doctors appointments, after school activities, etc. Barbara has taught my children how to write, count, learning their alphabet and basic math.

Barbara is a warm and loving caretaker who worked for me as a nanny for my two boys who, at the time, were ages 4 and 2.  Barbara was only with us for a few months because she moved from South Florida to Georgia, but my children enjoyed their time with her.  Her experience in education was a huge benefit.  She created projects for the kids which encouraged both fine motor skills and imagination.  She was happy to follow any expectations I had for meals, playtime, and very light housekeeping.  She would be a welcome addition to any home, I'm sure.

We have known Barb for one year now, and she has been a fun, reliable sitter.  She has become very attached to our three children, and they enjoy spending time with her.  She brings them gifts, and sometimes has a prepared craft or activity as well.  Sometimes her husband comes along to help out.  She has even taken photos of our kids and printed them out for us, or posted them on Facebook.  She is very prompt in her communication, and was never once late showing up for a job.  Barb has a special connection with kids, and really relates to them well.

Barbara was the caregiver for my daughters for several years from the time they were infants until they transitioned to preschool. I could not be happier with the way Barbara cared for my girls. She helped to prepare them for school by doing lots of educational activities every day and helped to instill a love of reading and writing in them, especially with my daughter who was with Barbara from the time she was six months old until she entered preschool at four years old. Now my daughters are 12 and 14, but we still think of Barbara often and continue to keep in touch with her as she has been an integral part of our lives. I would recommend Barbara unconditionally as a caregiver. She always puts her heart and soul into her work and is an exceptionally loving, compassionate person.

Barbara just left our family because she needed to relocate for her husband's job.  We were so very lucky to have been able to have even a short amount of time with her.  During the month and a half that Barbara helped me with my two boys, we noticed a big change in our household.  Barbara is warm and nurturing but clearly knows how to bring routine and structure into children's lives.  She was happy to help me with anything I needed and was a real source of support to me as a working mom. I knew that my children were happy, safe and being engaged in learning through creative activities.
