I enjoy cooking and can follow your favorite recipes or be more spontaneous and creative using what you have in your fridge, whichever you prefer. I am comfortable with driving as well. My academic background is in communication so verbal interaction is seldom lacking. In my former life I was a teacher, teaching public speaking and critical writing. Barbara worked for us for 2.5 years, caring for our two daughters (9 and 11 years old). She would drive them to and from school and take them to their afterschool activities. She would stay with them until we got home from work, helping with homework, making them snacks and talking / playing with them. My girls just adore Barbara and have a special bond with her. Even though we no longer needed full time help, Barbara still drives for us when she can, taking the girls to school some mornings and helping with late-night pick-ups from sports. Barbara is very reliable, trust-worthy, and organized. She is always on time. She is also very caring and nurturing and takes a genuine interest in our family. I highly recommend Barbara.
