I care for a woman who has Alzheimer's in Oyster Bay 3 mornings a week. I am there to feed her, give her meds, check blood pressure & Oxygen. I cared for a woman w/cancer and COPD until 5/20/19. I scheduled appointments, drove her to appointments, ran errands, prepared meals, administer medicines. and first aid. I am detail oriented, reliable and personable. I have been working with this family since 2013. I am available as a companion, I can help w/bathing, dressing, mobility, run errands and drive people to appointments. I love shopping, helping people in general & enjoy conversations w/my clients. I want to work for a non smoker. I do not lift people or change people in bed. I am available: Monday thru Thursday 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday's 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. I can work 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. any day with 1 day's notice. I will work most weekends. I have worked for 4 families in the last 9 years. MY SCHEDULE IS FLEXIBLE.

Barbara's nature is gentle and patient, she takes very special care of Snowflake my deaf dog. I feel relaxed knowing Barbara will take extra care that Snowflake's leash is secure and that the gate is always closed behind them. I have reccommended Barbara to many friends when they have needed care for an elder and I have gotten praises back on my reccommendation. She has come with me to visit my mom in a nursing home and as always her lively personality put a smile on my mom's face and all the other residents of the home. She is a blessing.
