My passion for supporting adults and seniors' with declining memory led me to senior care. I bring a friendly and approachable demeanor to my role. As a Cognitive Therapist with a graduate degree and 15 years of experience treating older adults in a neuropsychology practice, I understand the importance of keeping the mind busy and occupied. . I offer a wide variety of cognitive activities and puzzles to help those experiencing memory problems. It's therapeutic and enjoyable. I had clients for many years. I also have one year of experience as a caregiver, offering transportation, errands, shopping, and medical management assistance. I am First Aid Trained. I prioritize understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I incorporate memory care activities into my care. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I am eager to use my skills to enrich your loved one's life, as I find immense joy in helping others thrive.
