About Barbara

I would describe myself as efficient, playful, responsible, caring, kind, respectful. I like working with kids because they are fun and loving. They have great imagination, and they can also show us adults things that we have forgotten about, like enjoy life, have a laugh, and take your time. I have another job, Friday-Monday. I am interested in a Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5 p.m. schedule, certain weeks I could probably work Friday as well. I started working with kids when I was 30 years old. I know every parent and every child is different, communication and working together is very important to keep things on track, and for the benefit of the kids. In my spare time, I like to going out with friends. I enjoy visiting museums. I like staying home too, reading a book, cooking, and also just relaxing. I have a degree in radio and TV broadcasting. I speak fluent English and Spanish. CPR/First Aid trained. College degree.
