My name is Barbara, and I've cleaned homes for over 20 years. I'm formally trained, with a PHC cleaning certification, and I'm also certified in home organization. I hold an MA, own a few local short term rentals, and speak fluent Spanish. I work from a set system and checklist so nothing gets overlooked, then adjust based on what a home needs that week. I bring my own supplies and I'm happy to use yours if you prefer specific products. A note about pets: I use pet-safe products throughout. I offer carpet shampooing, sanitizing of pet dishes and supplies, and pet bedding laundered with enzyme detergent. I'd be glad to come by for a walkthrough and give you a quote, or give one over the phone or email. I start at $30 an hour, and once I've completed a few initial cleans I'll switch you to a flat rate. Let me know a few times that work for you or if you have any questions!
