Barbara and Rafaela were extremely attentive and friendly, both through the app and via text message. They were very meticulous and always ready to answer any questions. They even organized the mess after cleaning under and around the objects, which I loved. There were also lovely little details, like a rose on the toilet paper and carefully arranged candles, little things that made all the difference. And both of them were great with my dog ​​and my cat, which was wonderful. I'm looking forward to their next visit!

This is the best cleaning service I've ever had in my 76 years here on Earth. You truly get what you pay for. Every inch of my apartment is clean and polished, and my floors haven't looked this good in months. I love that Barbara and her team let me know when they're coming. And because they're a team, they don't miss a thing. I have health issues, so it's very difficult for me to clean like I used to. Great experience with Barbara. I coordinated everything with Barbara, and her prices were very reasonable compared to other cleaners in the area. We hired three cleaners, and they were excellent. I highly recommend Barbara and Help, communication was great: very responsive and friendly, booking was very easy and they were very transparent about pricing. They were very flexible with my schedule and arrived on time. We had just finished a renovation and wanted a first deep clean before bringing in more furniture, but we still had a few piles of stuff to sort through and lots of construction stuff everywhere and our floors/bathrooms really needed a deep clean. The team carefully worked around the "obstacles" and were very thorough. Everything met our expectations. We will definitely hire the team again on a regular basis.
