About Barbara

For more than 20 years, I've been a pet sitter, veterinary assistant, zookeeper and licensed wildlife rehabilitator, and have looked after animals who are young and energetic, sick and receiving medication, or old and needing an extra-slow and gentle touch. Currently I specialize in visits which include both days and overnights for people who are going out-of-town for anytime from a few days to several weeks. Along with feeding, walking and playing with your companions I perform regular house-sitting duties, as well as special requests (medicating, brushing dogs' teeth, sharing the bed with your pet/s, singing with birds, etc.). My rate is $90 per night plus any transportation costs (taking animals to the vet, etc.). I look forward to meeting you and your beloved companion/s!
