I am a Certified Nursing Assistant. I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver for many years. I was taking care of a 88-year-old female with Essential Head Tremors and dementia and other health conditions in which made her immobile. I used a hoyer lift to position her in bed, chairs and bath chair for showers. I was with her for 2 1/2 years. Prior to that, I was taking care of a 88-year-old male, who had Alzheimer's. Prior to that, I was also taking care of my patient's wife with him, who had diabetes and many mini strokes. She was a tube-fed patient and had to be turned every two hours, have two dressing changes a day. She had a decubitus ulcer from being in the hospital. I have my Certificate of Nursing Assistant.
