About Barbara

Not even my mother thought I was an angel, but my clients do! some of my best qualities are my compassion, patience, and respect for those in my care. I am a very positive and energetic person. I will always go over and above expectations. I am a hard worker with integrity and common sense. I enjoy a good conversation, a puzzle, or a nice walk outside. I love to cook and I am also a certified Pilates instructor so if your looking a safe low impact exercise I'll be glad to provide it. I am a certified care giver. the last few people I cared for had Alzheimer and Dementia. I am familiar with cognitive behavior therapy.
