About Barbara Ann

My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to senior care. I have three years of experience providing compassionate support to those in need. As a movement specialist with 27 years of experience teaching yoga, Pilates, and aqua therapy, I enjoy helping people feel their best. My undergraduate studies in Biology with a specialization in nutrition provide me with a strong understanding of how our bodies function. I am patient, calm, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities into care. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping. I prioritize getting to know my clients, building trust, and creating the best possible quality of life. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
