My name is Barbara and I have recently moved here from Zambia in Africa. I have 4 children of my own ranging in age from 25 to 16. I have 2 grandsons aged 21/2 and 1. I love children and am a qualified teacher. I had my own school in Zambia where I taught all the children in our community. After that I was a teacher at our local school where I taught grade 3, 2, Kindergarten and pre school over a period of 10 years. I see myself as being firm yet fair and believe children thrive when they have set boundaries. I l think children should be encouraged to grow their imaginations through outdoor play and integrated activities. I love the idea of helping children become the very best they can be.
