Banessa and her sister helped our family with cleaning our home. We agreed after the first cleaning that they would come weekly on Mondays at 10 am. Unfortunately, the next Monday we expected them, they did not show up nor did they respond to our calls or texts. Very disappointed as we would have liked to continue to work with them. Unfortunately I can't recommend them due to lack of reliability
