Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past decade, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, fostering their independence and well-being. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide personal and dementia care with a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach. I adapt to changing routines and handle any confusion or agitation with grace. I respect each person's independence above all else. Open communication with families is important, and I always follow their preferred method.
